3. Delivery of digital products
After your payment is confirmed, your product is delivered digitally, through one or more of the following:
- A download available on our website
- A download link sent to the email address you provided
- Access through the platform we use to host the product
Delivery is usually immediate. If it is delayed for technical reasons, you will normally receive access within 24 hours.
4. Access and customer responsibility
To receive and use your product, you are responsible for:
- Providing a correct, working email address
- Having a stable internet connection
- Using a compatible device to open and read the file
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address, device problems, or other issues outside our control.

7. Delivery problems
If you have not received your product, contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@nordyne.shop, including your full name, the email used for the purchase, and your order number. We will provide access again at no extra cost.

As our digital products are delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal is lost once access or download has begun, as set out in our Refund Policy.
